Aishwarya Devi Rayavarapu

Aishwarya Devi Rayavarapu is a Law Clerk at Somireddy Law Group. Her core areas of practice include Corporate, Arbitration, Employment litigation, Criminal law and Immigration matters.

Aishwarya holds a master’s degree from Boston University, School of Law. She specializes in International Business Practice. She is a recipient of Dean’s list scholarship at Boston University and the Public Interest Scholarship by Barbri. While in law school, she was a research scholar to Professor Kevin Wall. She is in the process of obtaining a license from the New York State Bar. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association.

She is licensed to practice in India. She has over 5 years of experience working at the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of New Delhi, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Bengaluru apart from various District Courts in India. She was associated in working with Senior Advocates, Gopal Subramanium, Menaka Guruswamy, Late P.P. Rao and current Judges at the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Justice A.V. Sesha Sai, Justice D.V.S.S. Somayajulu and Justice Manavendra Nath Roy and many other notable advocates in India.

She also holds a master’s degree in commercial business practice from National Law University, New Delhi (NLU-D) and an integrated bachelor’s degree in arts and law from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam (DSNLU).

A part from being a practitioner, Aishwarya likes to teach and is part of the Make a Difference organization. She is a co-author of books on service laws and entertainment laws in India. She is a National Cadet in the Indian Army wing and holds an A-certificate. She likes to swim and play lawn tennis.
