It is with great pleasure that we announce the merger of Somireddy Law Group PLLC and VY Law Group LLC. The merger of the two legal practices will become effective August 5, 2024. The merged law firm, Somireddy Law Group PLLC, will consist of 5 full-time attorneys, 5 Of counsel attorneys and over 60 staff members.
With the merger Somireddy Law Group’s practice areas will include Immigration, Litigation, Corporate, Municipal, Labor and Employment, Family, Real estate, Estate planning and Criminal Law. Attorney Vijay Yellareddigari, the owner and principal of VY Law Group, has vast experiences from clerking for the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Telangana (formerly Andhra Pradesh), Office of Attorney General of New Jersey and Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
He also has significant experience in defending Information Technology clients and handling Real Estate matters. The combined experience of Somireddy Law Group and VY Law Group will provide our clients with more practice areas with higher level of expertise. The merger combines two extraordinary law firms with complementary strengths that together escalate the blended practice to a higher level of service to accommodate our clients’ needs.
