Sangeetha Mugunthan is an Associate Attorney at Somireddy Law Group. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is also a qualified attorney in India, registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. Her core areas of practice are corporate and immigration law.
Previously, Sangeetha worked as a Senior Associate in the competition/antitrust practice of two of India’s leading law firms in New Delhi and Mumbai, where she represented corporate clients before the Competition Commission of India and its appellate authority in contentious enforcement cases, as well as in merger filings. Before joining Somireddy Law Group, she briefly worked with a think tank in the area of competition and antitrust policy.
Apart from law, Sangeetha is the mother of two boys and enjoys volunteering at their elementary school.
