No Legal Advice

The materials on this website are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, a recommendation, or a substitute for advice from an attorney who has evaluated the specific facts, documents, deadlines, and law applicable to a matter. Do not act or refrain from acting solely because of website content.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this website, submission of a form, transmission of an email or message, scheduling or payment for a consultation, receipt of an automated response, or participation in a preliminary consultation does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship with Somireddy Law Group PLLC or any attorney associated with the firm.

An attorney-client relationship begins only when SLG has completed any required conflict review, agreed to the scope and terms of representation, and expressly accepted the engagement in a written agreement or other authorized written confirmation. No statement by non-attorney personnel or automated system constitutes acceptance of representation.

Consultations Are Preliminary and Limited

A paid or unpaid initial consultation is a limited meeting for preliminary discussion, legal information, issue identification, and possible evaluation of representation. Unless SLG expressly agrees otherwise in writing, a consultation does not include an exhaustive investigation, document review, written opinion, filing, appearance, continuing advice, or responsibility for a deadline. The attorney may be unable to provide a definitive assessment without additional information or research.

No Responsibility for Deadlines

You remain solely responsible for statutes of limitation, filing deadlines, hearing dates, appeal periods, response dates, immigration deadlines, court orders, and other time-sensitive obligations unless SLG expressly agrees in writing to protect a specific deadline. Online appointment availability does not suspend or extend any deadline. Do not use an online form or scheduling tool for an emergency.

Prospective-Client Information

Before SLG confirms representation, provide only information reasonably requested for scheduling and conflict screening. Do not send detailed confidential information, privileged communications, sensitive personal identifiers, or original documents unless specifically requested through an approved secure channel. Information submitted for the purpose of disqualifying SLG or interfering with an existing or future representation is not invited.

Conflicts and Acceptance of Matters

SLG may decline, cancel, or limit a consultation or proposed representation because of a conflict of interest, jurisdictional limitation, capacity, professional obligation, subject-matter limitation, incomplete information, or any other lawful reason. Payment of a consultation fee does not guarantee that SLG will accept the matter. If SLG cancels a paid consultation before it occurs because the firm cannot ethically or lawfully conduct it, the consultation fee will be refunded in accordance with the Consultation Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

Jurisdictional Limitations

SLG attorneys are licensed only in the jurisdictions identified in their biographies and may practice only where authorized. Immigration and certain federal matters may be handled nationally when permitted by law, while state-law matters depend on attorney licensure and other requirements. Website access from a location does not mean SLG offers or is authorized to provide legal services there.

Attorney Advertising and No Guaranteed Results

This website may constitute attorney advertising. Descriptions of services, experience, representative matters, awards, client comments, or prior results do not guarantee a particular outcome. Outcomes depend on facts, evidence, law, procedure, agencies, courts, adversaries, and other circumstances outside any attorney’s control. SLG does not promise or guarantee a result.

Accuracy and Third-Party Information

SLG endeavors to provide useful information but does not warrant that website content is complete, current, or applicable to a particular matter. The website may reference third-party sources or services for convenience. SLG is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, privacy, security, or practices.

Electronic Communications

Internet communications can be delayed, intercepted, misdirected, corrupted, or accessed by unauthorized persons. Do not assume that an email or form submission has been received or reviewed until SLG confirms it. Ordinary email and text messages may not be appropriate for highly sensitive information.

Emergency Matters

SLG’s website and scheduling services are not emergency services. If there is immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority. If an arrest, detention, hearing, removal action, expiring limitation period, or other urgent legal event is involved, promptly contact qualified counsel directly and do not wait for an online appointment.

Controlling Documents

This Disclaimer should be read together with the Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Consultation Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. If SLG later accepts representation, the signed engagement agreement controls the scope and terms of that representation.
